Let's start.
1. On Google Pixel Watch, press and hold the crown for 3 seconds.
2. Scroll down and tap Restart.
3. If your watch screen is still unresponsive after taking these steps, perform a hard reset. Long press the crown and side button for about 20 seconds (may take longer) until the white "G" logo appears. The watch should restart and be usable again once the restart completes.

Okay let's proceed to Reset from Fastboot.
1. Restart your Google Pixel Watch.
2. Long press the crown and the side button of your Google Pixel Watch for around 20 seconds until it shows a dark screen with the white "G" logo.
If your watch is currently turned off, press the crown for a few seconds to turn it on.
3. As soon as the watch shows the white "G" logo, tap the upper-left and lower-right edges of the watch face screen at the same time. The watch will go into "Fastboot" mode.

6. Press and hold the crown and swipe up on your screen at the same time. A debug screen will appear on the watch face.
7. Swipe down until "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" is highlighted.
8. Swipe right to reset your watch and PIN.
9. Swipe right again to confirm.
10. Reset from your phone settings.
